Northern Ohio Live Magazine hired an independent research firm to provide data to create a theme of "The Best of the Best" for one of their issues.  In the category of Real Estate, 16,000 consumers including 13,000 recent homebuyers, 3,200 readers of Northern Ohio Live magazine, and 350 mortgage and Title Company offices were contacted.  Those people were asked to nominate their Realtor and score them anonymously. Each agent was rated for customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, and overall satisfaction. In addition, an anonymous Blue Ribbon Panel was selected, based on their experience and dedication to the real estate profession, to review the agents that were nominated.

The agents who had the most returns and the highest scores were chosen to be recognized. They're the top 7% of the Realtors nominated and were included in a list of Five Star Real Estate Agents that was published in the December 2005 issue of Northern Ohio Live.  Maggie Fraley is one of those agents.
